Dr. Priyanka is a very capable and experienced dentist. She quickly identified my problem and provided the most appropriate treatment straight away. What I appreciate most is that she works here almost every day except Tuesdays, which is very helpful. I had an issue over the weekend and was able to get a same-day appointment when I was in pain. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Good service nice people and professional dentist.

Excellent service. The dentist was very kind, professional, and explained the whole process clearly. I felt comfortable and relaxed during the appointment. The clinic was clean and the service was quick. Highly recommended.

Very good and light hand

If anyone needs a really good dentist I would highly recommend lilys dentist. Lily and her staff are very professional and are with the time and money. I had two teeth extracted other teeth ground down and dentures put now I no long look like a wineo when I smile. So thankyou again lily.

My experience was generally okay, but after having my wisdom tooth removed, I later found out that a part of the tooth was left in my gum. This caused concern and required follow-up treatment. I expected more care and attention during the procedure. I hope this can be improved in the future

I would like to thank Dr Braianka and her assistant, Mariam for their service today. I had two teeth filled out in less than 40 minutes, pain free and Dr Briana walked me through the x-rays ,explaining everything patiently. Great overall experience. Thank you. Regards, Mohammad

The denist are really friendly and kind so respectful. Services are really good with their beautiful manners. Everything inside the room was well organised and assistance for the dentist was mind blowing. They were helping each other for patient so the patient can have a good cleaning. I loved 🥰 the room 1 and 2. Both room was so clean and beautiful. We couldn’t wait for our appointment for the dentist at Lily’s clinic today and we were so happy there eating the biscuits and having a cool water while waiting for our turns and als the lady in front of the desk she was so kind of switching on the tv for my kids while waiting everything was beautiful with beautiful people at Lily clinic🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Dr. Geeta was very professional and gentle throughout my treatment. I had both a dental cleaning and cavity removal done, and she made the entire process smooth and comfortable. She explained everything clearly, which helped reduce any anxiety I had. The cleaning was thorough, and the cavity treatment was done with great care. Overall, a very positive experience and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and patient-friendly dentist.

I had an amazing experience at this dental clinic! Even after being late to my appointment, Dr Priyanka was so nice! She was so patient and welcoming and the staff were so kind and accommodating. Definitely will be going back for further dental work i was very satisfied with the results. Thank you Lily Dental!

UPDATE : PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF the money and pain and go elsewhere. I finally had this crown redone and was told it was very poor fitting so much thay the doctor had used extra cement to compensate for the crappy crown. It was also cracked and tooth structure had been left exposed causing me pain for the last 6 months!!!!! Its also funny enough that they have 700 reviews, when my regular dentist who see hundreds of patients on a weekly basis only have 23. Something shift for sure EDIT: After posting this review, several.reviews have been posted targetting the issues I have spoken off. Please be careful of 5 star reviews, I hear some dentist pay to get these reviews written up. Is there a zero star? I usually ignore 1 star reviews but this time i wish i hadnt. I lived the same nightmare that others spoke of . This is my experience at lillys dental. I went here after my regular dentist recommended a crown for a cracked tooth. I came here seeking a cheaper alternative to my expensive dentist but I sure paid the price. Its been a couple of months ths since I've done the crown and im still experiencing pain and problems with the tooth. It seems the dentist has traumatised my nerve. I may require a root canal now which I never needed. Not just this but she crowned a completely different tooth than what my dentist had recommend me do. It was a tooth that didn't even require crowning, had a tiny hairline crack. What simply needed monitoring was crowned. Instead of the dentist advising a crown was not immediately required and may have possible stayed stable for a long time, she proceeded to do the crown simply for the sake of making a buck. Pretty appaling and lack of patient care if you ask me. I recommend you do your research before coming here. It may be a cheaper alternative (more like a money making scamming practice) but you will have to pay later to get more dental problems they have caused fixed. They treat issues that do not require treatment just to gain a buck or two. There is no patient care or honesty. Disgusting if you ask me and not just that but an absolute butcher of a dentist causing trauma to an ordinary healthy tooth Lest i mention the crown looks like a slab of cement that's just thrown on the tooth, that being said without an exaggeration. Off course they offered a refund acknowledging the fact that it was a poor job. But only after making you sign a waiver ( later edited after i had signed it.) that you do not take the matter further. WOW. Now beat that if you can. Its clear they have been through many other complaints before now they have a procedure to cover themselves. Please beware before deciding to do dental work here. You might regret it like I did. Like the other negative reviews stated the dentist causes rhe pain and then refers on to a specialist. Despite going back several times complaining of pain from the dental work I was told it was normal. Be careful with these 5 star reviews. Apparently some dentists pay to get fake reviews 🙄

I have very bad anxiety when it comes to dentists because of previous bad experiences but coming here today I had the most amazing experience. Dr Priyanka was fantastic, she eased my anxiety and my procedure was literally painless. Highly recommend for anyone who is uneasy at the dentist.

Wonderful place. Welcoming and friendly people, beautiful front office.

I have recently moved to Merrylands and have just found my new dental practice. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by the lovely lady at reception with a warm smile and positive attitude. My dentist Dr Geeta was so very thorough and professional explaining everything fully about my issue. I walked in there with pain and doubt about what to do about the tooth I Walked out half an hour later feeling much better and with a complete Understand of what was done and a positive response to a treatment plan and future prognosis. Thank you so much for you're wonderful help and kindness throughout my visit. I will definitely be using this practise from now on. I would highly recommend you do too if you are looking for a new dental service provider. 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dr Priyanka is just awesome. I had anxiety from an isolated bad experience in NZ and she put me at ease and made me feel so comfortable, which I really appreciated. Tooth extraction/procedure was explained in good detail before hand and again during which again put me at ease. Affordable and friendly, I can’t recommend this clinic enough. Dr Priyanka… thank you and your team for making my first dental appointment here in Aus an anxiety free experience, so so so appreciate it.
