I had been looking to treat my gum disease for over 2 years, postponing it because of my phobia towards dentists. Finally found magical smiles where doctor Vidya was a blessing, did my laser deep cleaning in the most care and honesty. I can say that she might have just changed my whole perspective on dentists. Just finished my final treatment yesterday, the healing is going very well, and I now look forward to the review in a month, 3 and 6 months time to hopefully find a better outcome of my disease than before. If you do have periodontitis and were told you need a deep clean, do not postpone it, just do it as it only gets worse without you feeling any pain. Laser is a blessing, use it. LANAP is quite expensive, but magical smiles does LAPT, which is the same just way more affordable. Thank you Dr Vidya, Dr Rashna. Sharma and the magical smiles team.

We had a wonderful experience at Magical Smiles Caroline Springs. Dr Rachna Yadav was exceptionally patient and took the time to truly listen and respond to my daughter's needs. Having a tooth extracted can be daunting, but Rachna never rushed the process and made absolutely sure that my daughter was completely comfortable before moving forward. Highly recommended for any parent looking for a gentle and professional dentist.

A great experience for my 4 and 9yo. Lego Minifigures and a balloon to take home. Jade is very kind and caring, and very efficient getting photos and paperwork done quickly so there isn't prolonged periods of poking around in their mouths. Dr Rachna is extremely knowledgeable and very good at explaining what's happening and what needs to be done to get everything back on track for good health. Highly recommend there expertise and services

Dr Christian and nurse Rachelle are amazing!! Can't speak highly enough of them. I am disabled and Dr Christian remembers every detail of my disability and how it affects my teeth, and checks in with me frequently during cleaning to make sure I'm comfortable and everything is going ok. He and Rachelle are both so kind and nice as well. Wonderful experience, definitely recommend! Edited to add: I have since also seen Dr Ankita and nurse Savyo and they are also both fantastic! The level of care I receive is excellent, and this is the first dentist I trust isn't overcharging me and is really looking out for my dental health. Highly recommend everyone here!

Excellent, professional service. Dr Ankita is a brilliant practitioner. My family has been seeing her for years. We appreciate her honesty & genuine care for our boys. Appointments are easy to schedule & having two boys go through the braces process was easier than I had expected. Recommend Dr Ankita & her team to anyone, any age & stage of dental care!

Dr Rachna and Jade were wonderful. They put my son Jack at ease from the get go, as he was very nervous about his tongue tie release procedure. The procedure is was fast and painless, which is what ever parent wants for their child. We would highly recommend Magical Smiles. All the staff there are incredible, we've never had a bad experience there. Going to the dentist can be scary even for an adult but the Magical Smiles team are wonderful.

My 9 year old daughter had quite crooked teeth and we were advised to try Myobraces. We expected it would take a long time to see any improvement so we were pleasantly surprised when noticeable results appeared after just 6 weeks. Both her top and bottom teeth became much straighter and we’re truly amazed with the progress so far. We’re very excited to see the final outcome. I’ve taken my kids to this clinic three times for check-ups. The doctors are always friendly, welcoming, and take the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciate as a parent. However, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic based on the cost. I was charged separately for every appointment, consultation, and scan, and the overall fees added up quickly. For example, I was quoted $3,800 for a mouth expander for my daughter. I decided to get a second opinion elsewhere . Took my daughter to Kings dental clinic in Kings park, I received the same diagnosis and recommendation, but at a significantly lower cost$2,300 for the exact same treatment, and they didn’t charge for the scan. While the service here is good, the pricing feels excessive compared to other clinics offering the same care.

I recently took my daughter Mia to Magic Smiles for a cracked baby tooth extraction, and the experience was fantastic. She didn't feel any pain and was completely at ease! The dentist was incredibly helpful, explaining all our options clearly, and the procedure itself was very swift. Highly recommend them for their professional and gentle care.

I had a tooth extraction done today, and the experience was surprisingly smooth. The procedure was super quick, and I felt at ease the entire time. Dr. Rachna was amazing—she kept me relaxed with her warm and friendly approach, even sharing a few laughs before and after the procedure, which really helped calm my nerves. She also explained the whole process clearly and provided detailed guidance on the next steps. Overall, a very professional and comforting experience. Highly recommend!

I am so grateful to have found Magical Smiles. Dr Christian and nurse Rachelle made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. Dr Christian took the time to explain every step of my root canal, and constantly checked in to make sure I was okay before proceeding. I previously had my first stage root canal done elsewhere that went wrong, leaving me in pain for an entire month before discovering it hadn’t been done properly and not even being able to open my mouth. That experience was honestly quite traumatic, even for someone like me who has a high pain tolerance. I just finished my last stage of the root canal and woke up with NO pain or discomfort. He fixed the issue, I felt absolutely no pain or discomfort and I was able to continue with my day as normal, and I couldn’t believe how smooth and easy the whole experience was. I’m so thankful for the care, understanding, and kindness shown to me, especially considering my past experience. Every staff member has been so lovely and accommodating. I can confidently say I will be coming back to this clinic moving forward. I truly can’t express how grateful I am to have found you all.

Dr Amolak Deep gave me the best deep clean I have ever experienced. She was very careful throughout to make sure I was not in pain. I am looking forward to the results of the Fontona Laser!

This was my first visit after seeing the same Dentist for 16 years. I was nervous seeing someone new but I needed answers. Right from walking in to Magical Smiles I was so impressed!! The staff were warm, welcoming and kind. My dental issue was not a simple one and I have been trying to find a solution for months. I saw Doctor Rachna and Jade….I could not have received better treatment they were both wonderful. Within 30 minutes Doctor Rachna discussed with me several options until we came up with a plan that suited me. I am so very happy with the outcome and even got to have a few laughs with the ladies. I am a very fearful patient because of 20 years of TMJ issues, and so when I heard I needed a deep clean and 3 fillings I was petrified. But because everyone at this clinic is so kind, patient and effective, I was able to do it all in one sitting! I just woke up the next morning and my jaw is not locked, I am so happy! And my teeth are so clean! I highly recommend Magical Smiles. I've been to other fear-specialised dentists who let me close my jaw every 20 seconds and though that was reassuring in the moment, it dragged everything out. In this appointment I pushed through more, because they were so careful, and it got the job done so well. Fantastic dental clinic!

From the moment I arrived, every single staff member — from reception to the nurses and dentists — was kind, understanding, and completely non-judgmental. Dr Rachna took the time to do a thorough consultation and explain a treatment plan that felt realistic and supportive. She recommended a laser clean for the best outcome, which made me feel confident I was in the right hands. Dr Amolak carried out the laser clean, and the care and professionalism were outstanding. Nurses Jade and Karen were also incredibly kind and reassuring throughout the whole process, helping me feel comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out to me was how safe and supported I felt. I walked in terrified, and walked out no longer scared of the dentist — something I never thought I’d say. I’m so grateful for the experience and won’t be going anywhere else.
