2 weeks agoThis is a fabulous dental practice. From the first phone call through to leaving the surgery, the service was outstanding. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and genuinely caring. My dentist, Dr Sarah, and her assistant, Sam, make a wonderful team. Dr Sarah is professional, knowledgeable, supportive, and takes the time to explain what she is doing before she does it, which immediately puts you at ease. I always feel well looked after and confident in the care I receive. I would not go anywhere else and highly recommend them.

a month agoBeen going there for years Alex is an awesome dentist and more like a mate , his wife was my dentist first then when she had there first child Alex took over. Couldn’t recommend them and the staff highly enough

Cathy the nurse and Anna at reception are so lovely and always make sure I feel comfortable. They are absolute professionals at what they and I always have a positive experience.

a month agoWhether it’s a regular check up or an emergency situation, Main Street Dental in Lilydale is always amazing! As someone who was scarred by the dental van in primary school many years ago, MSD go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and calm and always provide incredible and friendly service. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by Anna, you immediately feel at ease. The whole team is incredibly welcoming, kind, and genuinely cares about making you comfortable. All of the dentists I’ve seen have been professional, gentle, and take the time to explain everything, which makes such a difference. Edited 2 months agoVery efficient yet friendly warm staff. Everyone at Main Street Dental Clinic are wonderful. Everyone makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. There is always a conversation to be had and you never feel rushed. Anthony my dentist and his nurses are a delight. Caring, professional and informative. They love a laugh too which helps to make you relax, especially if you are nervous about dental procedures. Their prices are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend (which I have to my family and friends already).
