I can’t recommend MS Dental Cardiff highly enough. I’ve been attending the practice for the past year for periodontal treatment, and the care I’ve received has been exceptional from start to finish. I had teeth whitening done today and the results were absolutely outstanding — I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Annual checkup today with Arti. Gives advice on oral care, very interested in keeping teeth and gums healthy. Dental nurse very kind. Office staff pleasant and efficient.

Dr Ell is a really caring and present dentist. Our family has been seeing him for over 25 years. Yesterday my 87yo mother badly cracked her front tooth and was really scared and devastated when he advised there was no recovery for it. He stayed back at work to do the removal because it had to be done. He was so empathetic and caring with her, even offering to come in on his day off today to check on her if needed. Very professional and highly recommended.

Everyone was nice and polite it was a little late coming in but you have to expect that from every doctor and dentist based on the unpredictable nature of their work. Would recommend.

Dr Ell is knowledgeable, thorough and very caring.

Had 4 teeth pulled out today at MS Dental. Getting teeth pulled is never a walk in the park but Dr Nick and his amazing assistant done an awesome job. Honestly I have had a few horror stories with dentists in the past but today I felt so comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. Thankyou MS Dental and Dr Nick. Lovely Dentist, she gives me advice and very gentle. I am anxious about the Dentist from experiences as a child when dentists weren’t as gentle and didn’t make sure the area was numb before extracting teeth and rough with needles . So I keep going back to MS Dental I prefer the females but that is just a personal preference

Friendly, nice dentist place. I feel very comfortable that my teeth & dental health is in safe hands

I really wanted my wisdom tooth out due to pain but the dentist was so knowledgeable and honest and has had to refer me elsewhere. The fact they were open about the cost if he could do it in the chair, not price gouging or just putting me in for an appointment and then having to stop is appreciated though. It’s a horrible impacted wisdom tooth, they took the time to see if there was a way to take it out but ultimately couldn’t and have sent me the referral and X-ray so I may be able to find someone who can do it. The actual appointment was so quick, I felt so comfortable and cared for from the moment I walked in.
