a week agoBooked in for check and clean, the Dentist I had this time was quite rough, he actually hurt me at times the way he was holding my mouth open, I haven’t experienced this on any previous appointments. The actual cleaning seemed quite harsh as well. On completion a gel was applied that I didn’t get asked if I wanted or advised of the cost, I was charged an additional $50 for this gel. I believe discussion should take place before any additional services are provided.

2 months agoI recently visited the clinic due to severe wisdom tooth pain and the ache was absolutely excruciating. I was able to secure an emergency appointment on the same day, which I’m incredibly grateful for. The reception team was super warm, efficient, and very supportive throughout the process. Dr Samuel and his assistant nurse were exceptional, gentle, and reassuring. Dr Samuel handled the procedure with great care and removed the problematic tooth on the same day, which brought me immediate relief. I’m truly thankful to the entire team for their professionalism, compassion, and prompt care. Highly recommend this clinic! ❤️❤️❤️

Dr Ragu is amazing, he explains everything about your procedure. I was very nervous on the day of my procedure, but Dr Ragu was so gentle and I would definitely recommend Ooralea Dental.
