This was my first visit to this practice. I had an emergency dental problem. I was greeted really warmly and Dr Naseem saw me even though it was after his closing time. He didn't rush me, took x-rays, and then gave me a plan to fix the problem. He then got his receptionist to do quotes for the work and gave me a copy. I really loved the whole experience, from reception to Dr Naseem. I'm changing dentists...

I recently had two wisdom teeth and one other tooth removed by Dr Mansoor, and the whole experience was very good. The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery was much better than I expected. Dr Mansoor was professional, caring, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. He also checked on me after the procedure and made sure I was recovering well, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend Dr Mansoor and the team for anyone needing dental treatment.

After having fear/ Anxiety of seeing a dentist due to my last visit somewhere else which left me in pain and nothing but attitude, coming here to pearl dentil as soon as I worked through the door and seeing Dr Mansoor everyone made me feel very comfortable and say I managed to sit through the session. I am beyond furious with this dental clinic. My wife took our daughter there expecting proper care and instead they completely ruined her teeth. What should have been a simple visit turned into a nightmare such a poor treatment, careless work and absolutely no accountability. On top of that, they charged an outrageous amount for this unacceptable service. It honestly feels like we were taken advantage of. You trust professionals with your child’s health and this is how they treat you? Disgraceful. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you care about your family, stay far away from this clinic.

I would never recommend such a bad clinic like this. If I had an option I wouldn’t even put that 1 star because it’s not deserved. They treat patients in such a bad way. They have never geared about kindness and respect. They charge you a big amount without informing you at first. Took my daughter there and it will be a forever regret. DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

Pearl dental is the best. If I could give 10 stars I would. I had been to another dentist that morning in the area that made a mess of my tooth and I was left in pain and I needed urgent help on the same day I had very bad nerve pain and couldn’t wait. I called pearl dental and they fit me in the same day and pulled my tooth out. Dr Naseem and staff made me feel very comfortable about it all and went through everything very thoroughly before treatment started. I cannot be more grateful as I was in so so much pain and feeling nervous at the same time and needed really urgent care . It was very very easy at pearl dental . No pain and afterwards I felt totally fine. If your reading this and are someone that feels nervous and not sure which dentist to choose. BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY you must only choose pearl dental. I had wisdom tooth extraction and deep cleaning under Ivy sedation. I was fairly anxious before the procedure but I must say it was absolutely smooth and painfree, just a wonderful nap. A special thanks to Dr. Mansoor and Dr. Darryl and the efficient medical support team at Pearl Dental Care for taking good care of me during and post op.Unlike my previous experience at a different clinic, I did not experience any swelling around my jaw and the painkillers did a great job afterwards. Could not be any better.

I had such a great experience at Pearl Dental Care, especially with Dr Naseem. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while, but they made sure I was comfortable and well looked after from the moment I walked in. Everyone was so welcoming, and the receptionist was especially kind and friendly. I was nervous going into my second visit, but Dr Naseem really calmed me down and explained everything clearly. This was my first visit to Pearl Dental Care with Dr M Naseem, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. I made an emergency booking very early in the morning and was able to get an appointment the same day at 8am, which I was extremely grateful for. The receptionist was very friendly and helped calm my nerves straight away. I was sent (within walking distance) for a full mouth X-ray and then brought into the treatment room by the dental nurse. The room itself was very comforting, with a lovely picture on the wall and a TV above playing an animal documentary, which was extremely soothing. Dr Naseem explained the tooth extraction procedure clearly. He was calm, patient and very considerate, especially as I was quite scared. The extraction itself was quick and easy — the tooth was out in a flash. I healed extremely well and within two days I felt great and was able to eat normally again. I was also pleasantly surprised at how extremely affordable the treatment was, which made the whole experience even better. I will definitely be returning and recommending this clinic to my friends. Thank you to Dr Naseem and the wonderful team for making what I thought would be a stressful experience completely manageable and comfortable.

I am beyond words for Dr mansoor and his friendly practice. Honestly I sent out an email at 2.30am in the morning and The practice manager contacted me as early as possible . She booked me in straight away after finding out how much pain I was in and Dr mansoor if I had 100 stars I would give it to him.super friendly ,Easy to understand,sufficient while explaining options. He is very gentle with swollen gums also $$$$$$$ options are available . He showed me grown tooth inside my gums which no dentist had ever mentioned to me. Thank you for looking after me.
