My Name is Ron De Marco. I was to be treated by Dr Andy Kumar. This was a complicated dental procedure. My apprehension was converted into success. Dr Kumar was a Professional. Overall though, this was a team effort. Christine Hoffman prepared me. Valerie Allbeury managed the action plan. Dr Andy Kumar brought me satisfaction. Overall, The Pitt Street Dental Centre is exceptional. It uses proven technology, and the staff to deliver a quality outcome.

Highly recommend!! Came here for an Invisalign consult, had a really positive experience here. What stood out to me most was how honest and genuine the dentist was. He took the time to thoroughly explain a stain on my tooth that was caused by previous decay and reassured me that it was purely cosmetic. Rather than trying to upsell unnecessary treatments, he was upfront about the fact that there was no need to spend money fixing it unless it was something that personally bothered me. That level of honesty is pretty rare and made me feel like he genuinely cared about my dental health rather than just recommending procedures. The whole team was friendly and professional, and I never felt rushed during my appointment. I was recommended by my friend and I'd happily recommend this clinic to anyone else looking for a dentist they can trust.

Finally done with my invisalign treatment and so thankful to Dr Kumar, Lily and other staffs for taking care of my teeth and giving me hope to have a better smile. I am happy with the results and so glad that I was able to do the treatment without the need of surgery. Also had my root canal, teeth cleaning and whitening here and I can say that the dentists are great, professional and approachable as well as the staffs. The clinic is also clean and had a good renovation. Thank you once again Pitt Street Dental Centre.

Starting Invisalign with Dr Kim Nguyen has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The changes in my teeth have been happening faster than I expected, and everything is going really well so far. What stood out most is how easy the whole process has felt. The aligners are comfortable, appointments have been straightforward, and I’ve always known exactly what to expect at each stage. Dr Kim Nguyen has been great to deal with and has made this process so easy.

I’ve had such a great experience with Dr Kim Nguyen and my Invisalign treatment so far. I’m genuinely so impressed with the results already. Huge shoutout to the amazing Dr Kim. I’ve done the full journey with her (Invisalign and composite bonding) and I couldn’t be happier with the results. What I love most is that she didn’t overcomplicate things; she’s straightforward, clear and has a way of making you feel totally comfortable in the chair. She’s the only dentist I’ve ever fully trusted with my smile!

I put off fixing my teeth for years because of missing back teeth and chipped front teeth, always hiding my smile. After checking a few places in Sydney I went to Dr Michael Cai at Pitt St Dental Centre. He was great from the first visit. Really listened, explained the implants and cosmetic options clearly without any pressure, and showed me what the end result would look like. The whole process was much easier than I expected. The implant felt straightforward, the veneers look completely natural and my wife says it looks like I was born with perfect teeth. No one at work even realised I had work done, they just keep saying I look happier. The clinic is modern and clean, the team is friendly, and the follow-up care was excellent, definitely the best dentist in Sydney.

Dr. Cai is a beautiful wonderful dedicated and highly empathetic doctor who is very calm and explains each step of treatment well and without rushing you though. I feel in great hands and hope to be able to get my extensive dental work done with him over time.

**Highly recommended – Dr Raj Kumar is excellent!** A few months ago, I had really bad tooth pain and couldn’t eat properly. I saw Dr Raj Kumar for a root canal treatment, and I’m so glad I did. It’s been several months now, and the tooth feels perfect – no pain, no sensitivity, and I can enjoy my meals again. What really stood out to me was how friendly and easy-going Dr Kumar is. He explained everything clearly, kept things relaxed with his sense of humour, and made the whole process much less scary than I expected. The clinic environment is also very comfortable and clean. If you need root canal treatment or any dental work, I’d definitely recommend Dr Raj Kumar!

I had a really great experience with this clinic and would highly recommend them! I first came in to see Dr Michael for an extraction of a painful wisdom tooth, and he made the whole process much more comfortable than I expected. He explained everything clearly and was reassuring throughout. Since then, I’ve continued attending the clinic for regular check-ups with Angela and Katarina, who are both friendly and thorough. I’ve also had some dental work done with Dr Kim, who was very detail-oriented and took the time to make sure everything was done well. I’m currently doing Invisalign with Dr Michael as well, and the process has been smooth so far. The whole team is friendly and welcoming, and the clinic has a really nice environment that makes you feel at ease when you walk in. Overall, a very positive experience every time I visit :)

Stop scrolling, if you are looking for a sign or recommendation, this is it!! I had such a great experience with Dr. Kim Nguyen. She is honestly one of the most kind, friendly and reassuring dentists I’ve ever met as well as her assistant Meryl. From the moment I arrived she made me feel calm and comfortable, which is so important when going to the dentist. Dr. Nguyen took the time to explain everything clearly and checked in throughout the appointment to make sure I was okay. Her calm and gentle approach made the whole experience so much easier and I genuinely felt safe in her care. The clinic itself is also fantastic — they even have TVs on the ceiling so you can watch whatever you want during your appointment, which is such a great touch and really helps distract you. I would highly recommend Dr. Kim Nguyen to anyone looking for a dentist who is not only extremely professional but also incredibly caring and patient. She truly made what could have been a stressful experience a really positive one

I had an emergency dental issue while on holiday. Pitt Street dental center was recommended to me by my hotel. I saw Dr. Mario. He was fantastic. He did an excellent job on my repair and was very kind to me. I appreciated the way they worked me in within 30 minutes of my call. I highly recommend him.

I have had number of procedures done over the years and Dr Michael Cai has Magic hands you cannot feel anything when he works on your teeth. Its the best Dental Clinic in Sydney, would not go anywhere else.

Had a really good experience with Dr Michael Cai for a simple dental visit. He was friendly, calm, and explained what he was doing, which made everything feel way less stressful. The whole thing was quick and painless, and I felt really comfortable the entire time. The clinic was well organised, no long waiting around, and nothing felt rushed or awkward.
