I have been attending Precision dental group for many years now. I first saw Dr Tom at a different practice and was impressed at his patient care and dental work. When I found him at this practice I had no hesitation to return to be his patient again. He is the best dentist I have had and he has a great team to assist including the follow calls for appointments or after treatment to make sure everything is good. He remembers previous chats and takes the time to explain what is needed before proceeding. Such a pleasant experience. Good work Tom and Team!!! See you on my next visit.

I’ve been going to Dr Tom Te Kloot at Precision Dental Group for six years now, which probably says everything. Tom has that rare combination of being highly skilled and genuinely calming. He explains things clearly, never rushes, and somehow makes even the less glamorous appointments feel easy. As a patient, you feel seen, safe, and completely confident that your teeth are in the best hands. The rest of the Precision team are just as thoughtful. They notice the small things. If you are cold, they’ll give you a blanket. If you are nervous about an injection, they’ll gently rest a hand on your shoulder to distract you. There is a genuine level of care in how they look after patients, and it shows in every visit.

The dentist was my nemesis, until I found Dr Tom! Lovely receptionists, caring and kind dental assistants and then there is Dr Tom. Who has unequivocally resolved my fear of dentists. Dr Tom is gentle, knowledgeable and exceptional at what he does. I have had extensive dental treatment in my life and it has always been very traumatic. Not so with Dr Tom. I feel safe in the teams hands, which is incredible after all these years of pain and fear. Oh and the decor is divine, like visiting the beauty salon!

I had veneers done by Dr. Tom and his team, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! They were all incredibly professional, attentive, and caring throughout the entire process. The veneers look and feel amazing — so natural and comfortable, with absolutely no discomfort at all. Highly recommend Dr. Tom and his team for anyone considering dental work!

It has been 9 years since I got my crown done due to a chipped front tooth at Precision Dental with Dr Tom. I haven’t been back since (I was a foreign student living in Australia back then), but I am writing this review today, after having gone to the dentist (not in Australia) for a routine clean, and having the doctor compliment my crown. What a good job done indeed!

The care, kindness and professionalism by the whole team is absolutely outstanding, I have just had the only painless tooth extraction ever, Dr Tom Te Kloot was just fantastic, I can’t recommend these people highly enough Well done all and Thank you

Had a badly cracked tooth and Dr Sue sorted it with a temporary crown until a permanent solution is completed. little to no pain!! She was fantastic, highly recommend.
