2 weeks agoFollowing a long period of severe pain, I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Calleia at the Clinic and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The receptionist, Laby, offered me a warm and friendly welcome. Dr Calleia and his Dental Assistant, Mona, were kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the process. Dr Calleia explained everything clearly and the procedure went much smoother and quicker than I had expected. I was given a prescription for antibiotics and painkillers and clear aftercare instructions to manage my recovery. The follow-up support was also great. I really appreciated how caring and attentive everyone was.

a month agoI have had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic during my root canal treatment. At my first appointment, the dentist repeatedly attempted to place a rubber dam, but it did not fit properly and was eventually continued without it. The procedure took over 1.5 hours, and after the anesthesia wore off, I discovered a painful injury inside the cheek next to the treated tooth. It remained sore for the entire week. At my second appointment, I was asked to arrive 30 minutes early for a 2:00 pm booking, so I arrived by 1:20 pm. However, due to delays, I still waited for over 40 minutes. When I raised concerns about the injury, I did not receive a proper apology—only a brief and dismissive comment that it may have been caused by scratching during treatment and that some cream had been applied. To make matters worse, after keeping me waiting, the dentist informed me that they had another patient soon and that the treatment was taking too long, so I was asked to return the following day. On the next day, after another session lasting over 1.5 hours, I was told that only one of the three canals had been treated, and even that was only “80% completed.” I was also told that the tooth could still become infected later and that I should see a specialist if I wanted it properly treated. If this case was too complex, I should have been advised from the beginning to go to a specialist instead of being told halfway through treatment. To make matters worse, I was initially told that I would not be charged for that day’s appointment, but due to miscommunication at reception, I was still charged the full fee. Overall, I am very disappointed with the quality of treatment, communication, time management, and professionalism. I now need to find a dentist who is experienced in root canal treatment to properly complete my care.
