4 months agoI go to a dentist only when I have too as I suffer fear and anxiety at the thought. I read many reviews and dentist profiles in my area to help choose a good fit. I chose Dr Claire Saad at Primary Dental Royal Park. Her Bio sums her up 110% I cant recommend Dr Claire enough, she is a gentle and understanding but above all a wonderful dentist. I have been many times and Dr Claire calmly helps manage my anxiety. I am now happy to regularly visit to care for my teeth. Kudos also to the receptionist and dental assitants at the practice as all are empathic and fabulous at their roles. On a different note, I have no extras cover, and I am having old fillings removed and replaced as well as other general maintenance. I joined SMILE cover and feel it has saved me a lot of money. It is worth looking into if you need some work done.

6 months agoDr Claire Saad is friendly and kind. Her dental assistant was lovely too. Dr Saad was very gentle and I didn’t even feel the injection which was great. The receptionist was also very helpful. The place has a lovely relaxed atmosphere which I appreciated as I was feeling a little nervous at my appointments. Would definitely recommend Dr Saad.

11 months agoHad a great experience at Primary Dental Clinic! The receptionist was super friendly and helpful over the phone and I felt so welcome when I got there. Dr. Krishnapriya was amazing. She explained everything while fixing my tooth and made me feel really comfortable. Such a kind and professional team. Highly recommend!

Edited a year agoDentist arrived 5 minutes late for my 9am appointment. I was not advised after my checkup/scale/clean & fluoride applied, to not rinse or drink anything for 30 mins, I had to ask the dental nurse myself after leaving the dentist consulting room. Reception staff were friendly and very efficient.
