I have been a patient of Dr Avni Shah since Queen Napier Dental took over the practice, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. Dr Shah is an exceptionally kind, gentle and professional dentist who always takes the time to explain procedures and make me feel comfortable. As someone who recently needed several fillings, I was naturally a little anxious, but Dr Shah’s calm and caring manner put me completely at ease. I would also like to give special thanks to Tavleen, the dental nurse, who was incredibly gentle and reassuring while preparing me for my treatment. Her kindness and support, especially when I was having a needle before my fillings, made a real difference to my experience. I came yesterday for an emergency appointment to get a wisdom tooth extracted. The dentist I had was Tavleen and Kerry was the assistant. They were excellent with explaining everything to me and made the experience as smooth as possible and I will be coming back! Also the amazing reception women Alana who made the experience very easy aswell !

First I came in for emergency tooth, very nervous but didn't have to worry. Very happy with the care and thoroughness of Dr Avni. I have just had another visit and it is consistent care. The staff - being Nurse Kerrie and Nurse Neveah and Dr. Tavleen. - have to mention the receptionist also Alana. Thanks for a friendly but professional service. What I liked was the open and clear communication as they looked after me, I felt I was in the loop. Plus the work on my teeth was good, a skill that shows. Thanks. am back in 6 mths.

Saw dentist Tavleen with my brother who suffers intellectual disability. All staff were amazing, so patient and caring as he was very anxious. Could ask for better care when having an extraction

Dentist Dr Thomas is very good and professional did fantastic job I went for wisdom tooth extraction and was done very gently and no pain and got very good experience. Assistant kerrrie was knowlegable and caring as well . Took care of me during my extraction .explained after care tooth extraction clearly. Dr Thomas Tran helped me with Invisalign and my teeth looks straight than ever. I’m so confident now. At first I was scared but he explained everything and made me feel comfortable. Now he will be my regular dentist for sure !

Have been staying in Warragul for couple of years but didn't gone to dentist as I am very nervous patient. I was looking for good and affordable dentist in Warragul and found Queen Napier dental very efficient and affordable dental making emergency appointment was easy and quick .they were quick in putting me in as I was having tooth ache .excellent team from reception to assistant. I did my extraction and it was painless cound not feel any pain and can say Dr Avni is the best with nervous patient . Before extraction prices were clearly said to me so it was easy for me to decide what options I need to go with. She was very calm explain each procedure slowly and keep checking my comfort level. They offered noise cancelling headphones and blanket as well. And finally my favourite Tv channel . Highly recommend Queen Napier dental and dentist Avni to anyone if you are nervous of going to dentist like me.will be back soon CHEERS .

I had to come in for an emergency wisdom tooth removal as I moved to the area and did not have a regular dentist, and Dr Avni fit me in on her lunch break and was extremely kind and gentle with me as I was very anxious. I did not experience any unnecessary pain, I would recommend anyone come in for this service or any other service and I will be back for future! They also accepted the dental voucher no issue! 😊

Really good experience and very helpful Dr Avni is very gentle and she went above and beyond for my treatment I was in terrible, pain taking medicines didn't work and looking for dentist near me finally went to queen napier dental without an appointment . Reception was very welcoming and tried for work out for me , they did great job to put me in as priority as I was in extreme pain . Had to wait for some time put they put me in asap and finally did my extraction. It was painless experience and could not feel the needle. Explain each step very clearly and took good care of me Thanks you whole team at queen napier dental. And proudly say best dentist in Gippsland as I travelled from Moe🙂

I got this appointment as an emergency appointment, they fit me in and moved other appointments to prioritise my health as i was in severe pain. Dr Avni and all staff are compassionate caring And non judgmental approach. Treated me so VIP and i am so grateful I have always been scared of the dentist. These people from reception to the nurse and dentist put me at ease as i was extremely anxious. They hellped me efficiently and also put in place an after care plan. I have certain medical conditions and that was taken thoughtfully into consideration. I have my tooth extracted, it was painlessly removed. They offered appointments to ensure that I will recover well from this procedure. Highly recommend this practice and best dentist in Warragul. I have recently moved to the area and was looking for dentist near me. Got emergency appointment at Queen napier dental for my wisdom tooth extraction . OPG was done at the clinic so was able to do tooth pulled out in same appointment Dr Thomas was really caring and professional explained everything step by step and while extraction he keep on checking my comfort level and it was done smoothly. All the staff from reception to assistant was very friendly .ambiance was neat and tidy Have booked my cleaning appointment for my self and my family members. As i am nervous patient always avoid dentist but can highly recommend Queen napier dental if you are nervous patient like me No doubt best dental clinic in gippsland.

Had a loose lingual wire and some staining on the a filling, it was all fixed by Dr Tran. The whole process was quick, painless, and done with great care. Really appreciate how efficient and professional everything was — highly recommend!

When we first moved to Warragul, we were looking for a dentist. Queen Napier Dental have looked after my family since we moved here ten years ago. They are always so friendly and curtious. Dr Avni and Doctor Thomas are lovely and very professional. I personally have had my teeth checked and cleaned and have had a root canal, crowns and fillings and finally did a whitening. I was really happy with the result. The price has been very affordable and they do afterpay which is very helpful. They always let you know the price before they do any work. They have the latest equipment and have finally done OPG and CBCT scan for implants so there's no travelling out of town. It is all in the place. As a family, we are very happy.
