4 months agoThe whole team at Riverside Dental Nerang was amazing. As soon as I walked in, the reception staff welcomed me warmly. Dr. Dale Kim is very professional, kind, and has a genuinely warm heart. Hygienist Catherine and the team were also extremely professional and caring. She went above and beyond, and I could truly feel how well she was looking after me. Her attention to detail, friendliness, and genuine care really stood out. I highly recommend Dr. Dale Kim, Hygienist Catherine, and the entire team.

10 months agoOn my first appointment I was so happy to find a good dentist with a good advise and who's doing a job without pain. She said to me to get an appointment 6 mois after so I've tried but they had no availabilities during 1 year... So, it took me 1 year and half to get a second appointment just for a cleaning and checking. Incredible and crazy situation that I still don't understand. Finally, I get an appointment, the dentist said to me she will just do the cleaning today because I've asked her how much they will charge me. But the payment time they charge me a cleaning and a checking while she didn't check anything. I'm pretty sure they charge me twice because I've got an insurance, so they're happy to charge twice because of the insurance. I'll never come back there but they don't care because it's just about the money and they've got a lot of new customers.

Got two teeth pulled today, the first one literally took 5 seconds flat it was done before I knew he'd started! Then the second tooth still only took probably another 15 seconds

a year agoAbsolutely amazing treatment. All the stuff is extremely professional but at the same time so kind and friendly. Made me feel like im their friend rather than just another patient. It took Dr Barry about 10 seconds to pull my first wisdom tooth, even less for the second one. After that we still had a time for a nice chat about travelling. I would never go see another dentist after this amazing experience. Also have to say the prices are very fair. I had quotes from different clinics which were twice as much. 10/10
