All of the team at Riverside Dental Spa were extremely professional,caring,empathetic and supportive I openly went to my first appointment with great trepidation and frankly a little fear of what may lay ahead of me This fear was totally uncalled for everyone from reception,the dentists and nursing staff were fantastic I honestly felt at all times I was in the very best of care and the staff were there to support me through the entire process

Having gum disease and needing major dental work, it was difficult finding a dentist who knew what they were doing. I tried a few. Then, I found Dr Kyle Mervin and Riverside Dental. Non judgemental, caring, very knowledgeable and easy to consult. Recently, Dr Anthony Chung looked after me. I knew I was in good hands. Pain free dental work. The entire staff at Riverside Dental Spa have a high level of professionalism, knowledge and understanding. Particularly Skye Swan my hygienist, who has looked after me on my visits in a very caring, professional manner. From the phone, to the front desk, to the dental chair, I was in good hands through the entire process. I’ve been attending Riverside for a couple of years now.. Very impressive..

Extremely careful and thorough. Explained things very thoroughly. All staff have been exceptionally polite and helpful. Very knowledgable and different options and what was necessary and what was not. I felt totally relaxed and confident in everything that has been done.

I honestly can’t recommend Dr Karenza Don Paul at Riverside Dental Spa enough. I have always had really strong fears around going to the dentist, so finding someone who truly understands that has been life-changing. Dr Karenza is incredibly calm, patient, and kind. She takes the time to explain everything in a way that feels reassuring rather than overwhelming, and she never rushes or makes you feel silly for being scared. That alone made such a huge difference for me. Throughout my appointments, she constantly checks in, goes at my pace, and makes sure I feel comfortable the entire time. For the first time in my life, I actually feel like I have some control instead of just trying to get through it. What really stands out is how much she educates you. She explains not just what she’s doing, but why, helping you understand your teeth and overall dental health in a way that actually makes sense. She isn’t just about fixing a problem in the moment, she helps you understand the bigger picture and makes you feel confident moving forward. If you have dental anxiety and need a patient, caring dentist, you will not be disappointed.

Dr Monique Romei and Dr Anthony Chung have both been very professional and courteous. I had my wisdom teeth out with minimal fuss, and they even did a complimentary follow up when I was concerned about food stuck in the hole left behind. The staff are all very friendly and professional too!

Jesika and Megan were absolutely amazing with my 7-year-old today. It was her first procedure (dental sealants), and they made it such a fun, relaxed experience. They kept her distracted, calm, and even let her pick a toy from the big toy box at the end. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Just finished my dental implant adventure with Dr Anthony and cannot Thank him enough for his high quality workmanship, professional manner, patience and kindness (I had recently had a difficult implant experience with a different dentist fresh in my mind) I'm extremely grateful for having Dr Anthony do the implants I'm very happy with them... The practice is also fantastic for other dental services which I've used over the years, the admin staff are very friendly and helpful 😄
