Prasad, I had a similar experience with Nathan (if that’s his real name). He harassed me for a confirmation of my appointment when I had already paid a deposit which was never refunded to me. He then used AI to respond to my email and pretends to be the owner. I am not sure if Teena is aware of his behaviour as he controls all customer interactions. Good luck!!

Excellent service

I’m usually quite nervous when it comes to visiting the dentist, but my experience with Dr. Shipra Goel completely changed that. Her calm, professional, and reassuring approach immediately put me at ease and gave me total peace of mind throughout the appointment. For the first time in a long while, I walked out feeling far less anxious about dental visits. Highly recommend!

Disgusting service. The guy at the desk cancelled my appointment without notifying me at all. He claimed he tried calling me 7 times to confirm the appointment, even though I had already paid a deposit and still showed up as scheduled. He then told me I was “wasting his time,” which made no sense considering attending appointments is literally what customers are supposed to do. What made it worse was that he couldn’t explain why my previous appointment wasn’t cancelled despite apparently being unable to contact me then as well, and I still turned up for that appointment without any issues. He also lied and said he was the owner, then changed his mind and said Dr Teena is the owner. Extremely unprofessional communication and poor customer service.

Have been 3 times to smiles at rouse hill and have been really impressed with the quality of the service and the friendly service that I have received I went there with a really sore tooth and they were really quick at getting me in and sorting out my problems I would really recommend the practice if you want friendly professional and reasonable price in a dentist thanks guys keep up the good work cheers mark

I would highly recommend this practise for all members of your family. The dental staff are so friendly and explain every part of your treatment from start to finish in a very relaxed environment.

The staff are friendly. They explain everything that needs to be done. I have been coming to Rouse Hill Smiles for several years and have recommended friends and family who are also happy with their treatments.

I've been coming to rouse hill smiles for years. Not only because of the convenience of being local to me, but the team and all staff there are very friendly and its always a warm experience. I've seen numerous dentist there and they have all been fantastic. High recommend coming here for general or specialist work, you wont be disappointed. Thank you to the team there. 5 stars.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Shipra Goel during my recent root canal treatment and crown placement. From the very beginning, Dr Goel was extremely professional, patient, and reassuring. She explained the entire procedure clearly, which really helped ease my anxiety. The root canal treatment was performed very smoothly and with great care. I was impressed by how gentle and precise she was throughout the process. The crown placement was also done perfectly, and the final result feels very natural and comfortable. Dr Goel’s attention to detail, expertise, and genuine care for her patients truly stand out. She made sure I was comfortable at every step and took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Dr Shipra Goel to anyone needing dental treatment, especially complex procedures like root canals and crowns. You’ll be in very capable and caring hands.

I had a terrible experience at this practice.This practice deserves less than 1. I went to see a dentist for a minor chip of the filling. Firstly Dr Shipra Goel said it’s too deep and I needed numbing injection to get the filling fixed. Then the dentist kept trying to inject me but could not do that. Apparently the needle wasn’t good. After 8 or 10 tries and putting me under agonising pain, they still couldn’t do anything. I got up and left the clinic and went to see another dentist who actually told me there was no need for the injection as it wasn’t deep. They fixed it without an injection and for much lesser gap payment (I was told the procedure would cost around $375 and I would need to pay gap of $250 whereas I ended up paying just $70 gap at the other practice). Bottom line is - do not visit this practice at all as you will be subject to experimentation by incompetent doctors.

Dr geetika was the most professional patient and kindest dentist I’ve ever come across. I’m so grateful for the time and effort she put into ensuring my care was thorough and I was comfortable As a single mum I had ti bring my youngest along with me and the team were so accomodating and flexible with him

Ive been anxious visiting dentists after a bad experience a few years ago but this place was very welcoming and felt great with the dentist who put me at ease straight away. Will be my new dentist now
