Dr Sheriff was helpful today and kind, really trust this practice and all the doctors and nurses are wonderful. The nurse helped my little one when she cut her toe open and was super kind for a last minute dash in!

I visited the practice today and saw Dr Hall for an iron infusion. She was incredibly thorough, compassionate and professional. The reception staff were kind and helpful. The two nurses (Kate and Kate) were so warm and capable, and my cannula was painless. I felt that Dr Hall, and both Kate’s genuinely cared about my health. The staff at Shire Doctors are all so lovely. Front desk team are very friendly and helpful. Dr Habib & Dr Celi in particular, are very knowledgeable and thorough with a wonderful bedside manner. They have been very attentive and take the time to listen and show genuine care.

Dr Nicole Hall is hands down the best medical practitioner I’ve come across. She is warm, easy to talk to, and incredibly intelligent and seems to know the answer to absolutely everything. Our family has complete trust in her and her care and are so grateful to have found her.

I was very happy with my experience today. Parking spaces available, friendly receptionist and a good atmosphere in the waiting room, Dr Sherif Francis was welcoming, thorough in my skin check and is always willing to address my health concerns and questions

I cannot recommend Dr. Lana Celi highly enough. I saw her for a women’s health appointment for a Mirena insertion, and she was absolutely amazing. She completely put me at ease, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process as comfortable as possible. Truly a fantastic, caring doctor! She is brilliant at what she does and wonderful with women's health.

Absolutely sensational service with Shire Doctors. Day 13 post total hip replacement in Sydney. I live on the south coast so staying with a friend until I can return home. Terrible issue with pain meds post discharge and getting next to no sleep. My friend suggested taking me to see Dr Yana Martynodl yesterday. Rang early and obtained an initial consultation at 10am which is unheard of where I live ! Yana gave me a comprehensive assessment and explained two alternative pain meds that wouldn't keep me awake and I could trial. She also checked out my surgical wound and directed me for it to be re dressed which saved me going back to RPA next Monday, allowing me to get back home this Saturday. Explained everything at my level, im in Allied Health, and never required painmeds in my life ! addressed my concerns regarding side effects and put my distressed and sleepless mind at ease. Thank you so much. Feeling blessed with the absolute professionalism and empathy shown. Highly recommend 👌 Slept for 8 hours for the first time in almost two weeks

Full respect to Dr Rizzuto for such a positive experience today. He went out of his way to discuss feedback I had previously provided, making me feel truly heard and valued as a patient. It’s clear he cares about his patients' experiences as much as their health. Than v. k you!

When Dr Rizzuto gave my then tiny daughter one of her first vaccinations, she didn’t cry. I’m not sure she even noticed it. Over the ensuing decade, he’s addressed everything I’ve brought to him with reassuring care, knowledge and compassionate humour. Over his years, he’s honed a great bedside manner for everyone from wide-eyed infants to cranky aspiring geriatrics like myself.

The doctors and the care is amazing, they take the time to go through all medical concerns.

Staff were so lovely and helpful. This was my first infusion and it was done with care and no pain.

Great doctors. Dr Hall was compassionate, understanding and very knowledgeable about my concerns. I did not feel rushed in my appt and Dr Hall did not try and push for a pharmaceutical solution but helped me work through all options. Appointments ran on time and the staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly .

Always such a pleasant experience every time we visit. The receptionist are lovely as are all of the doctors.

Dr Nicole Hall is an outstanding GP, we have followed her here from her previous practice even with a much longer drive now. She is amazing for both adults and children. This practice itself has also been great 🙏 …
