I recently started my Invisalign journey with Dr Jennifer at Smile Lounge, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, Dr Jennifer has been incredibly thorough, professional, and extremely supportive. She takes the time to explain every step of the process, answers all of my questions with patience, and always ensures I feel comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. What truly stands out is how much she goes above and beyond for her patients. Her attention to detail and genuine care make every appointment a positive experience, and one that I look forward to. I’ve been coming to Smile Lounge for over a year now, and every single encounter with the team has been exceptional. The level of care, professionalism, and customer service is consistently outstanding. I highly recommend Dr Jennifer and the Smile Lounge team to anyone considering Invisalign or looking for a dental practice that genuinely puts patients first.

I have always had a genuine fear of the dentist. For years, I've had experiences where I could still feel everything during procedures, and when I spoke up, I was told it was "all in my head." This left me with a deep distrust of dentists and a lot of anxiety around any dental work. My experience with Jacinda was completely different. She took the time to listen to my concerns and, most importantly, would not proceed until I was completely numb and comfortable. There was no rushing, no dismissing — just genuine care and patience. It's hard to put into words what it means to finally have a dentist you can trust completely. For anyone who has ever felt unheard or anxious in the dental chair, I cannot recommend Jacinda highly enough. She has completely changed my perspective, and for the first time, I don't dread my next appointment.

I recently visited Smile Lounge and had the pleasure of being treated by Marina. She was incredibly efficient, professional, and as gentle as possible considering it's dental work. I was the last appointment of the day, and while the team must have been exhausted, you would never have known it. The level of care, attention to detail, and customer service I received exceeded my expectations. One of the little touches I appreciated was being able to watch Netflix while having my teeth cleaned, which made the experience much more relaxing. The clinic itself feels more like a luxury hotel or spa than a dental practice, beautifully presented, spotless, and smells amazing as well with plenty of convenient parking. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the process. A few days later I even received a follow-up call to check how I was going. It's the small things like this that show they genuinely care and go above and beyond rather than simply ticking boxes. Even if you don't live nearby, I would highly recommend making the trip. Going to the dentist is usually something people dread, but Smile Lounge has somehow managed to turn it into an experience that feels more like visiting a spa. Outstanding service from start to finish.

I had a general check up and clean with Dr Mitchell and nurse Tamika yesterday and I was treated with great care and detailed precision. The clean was very thorough and time efficient. Dr Mitchell made sure to check in with me when I started to feel overstimulated by the noise and this made me feel very calm. Thank you team!

Dr Hash performed a double wisdom tooth extraction. As I suffer from severe anxiety I walked in feeling very scared and nervous, Dr Hash made this process very reassuring and checked in with me throughout the whole procedure. I am very thankful to the team for making me feel comfortable and safe.

One of the best dentist clinics I’ve ever been to. Really friendly/attentive staff, clean, beautiful atmosphere. I was able to watch tv with headphones during the procedure which helped the anxiety. Dr Marina Bekheet was so lovely & generous with her time. Will definitely be coming back!

A warm environment and professional dental clinic, a painfree and caring visit by Dr Jeremy, he is thorough with the careplan, and communicates well throughout the treatment. The receptionists at the front desk was helpful and friendly. I have an awesome experience at this clinic.
