During both my visits to Smiles Plus Dental (Rouse Hill) I experienced excellent and professional dental care from Dr Mazidi and his team - I highly recommend their dental services to everyone. I was referred to Dr Phil Mazidi by my oral surgeon after a failed dental implant/crown from another dental practice and I was more than impressed with the level of care & attention I received at Smiles Plus. Immediately upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Angie on the front-desk who was very friendly and helpful. Then greeted by Dr Mazidi along with his efficient Dental Assistant who both provided a friendly, comfortable environment & overall dental experience. Dr Mazidi took time to explain the required process in detail, provided reassurance and even offered some funny stories to help ease my nerves. Smiles plus is honestly the best dental clinic! High quality all around from their customer service to their dental work. Angie on reception is always so friendly and helpful you always feel welcome there. Ive been seeing Dr Phil for some major dental work and you can tell he genuinely cares about making sure you dont feel any pain and that you feel at ease. Ive seen a few dentists at Smiles plus and all have been good so you really cant go wrong highly recommend:)

My family have been going to Smiles Plus Dental at Rouse Hill for years. All the staff there (most recently Dr Grace) are fantastic, making you feel comfortable and relaxed. Very professional and knowledgeable. Special mention to Angie, the wonderful dental receptionist, who is always helpful and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend this dental clinic enough!

5 stars — Dr Janis was amazing! I went in to have two chipped teeth restored with and the results are flawless, they look incredibly natural. The whole process was quick, efficient, and very cost-effective. The office staff were friendly and professional, and I felt comfortable the entire time. I’ll be going back to have several more teeth done, and taking my kids too, and highly recommend Dr Janis to anyone looking for quality, honest and affordable dentistry.

Such amazing service I would not go anywhere else! I was in so much pain and they squeezed me in on short notice. They then messaged me to check on how I was feeling a few days later.

I’ve been going to this centre for more than 10 years with different dentists, and all my family go there as well. The receptionists are always so kind, helpful, and understanding. The dentists are excellent, and my kids love going to the dentist there. Highly recommend this centre!

We've been visiting this surgery for years, and all the dentists are absolutely amazing! Their ethics, professionalism, and caring truly shine through. Angie has always been incredibly helpful, and the entire staff is so empathetic.

I recently attended smiles plus rouse hill and as usual besides the young lady at the front counter being very pleasant.the dental technicians were very helpful and sorted me in a timely manner.all in all a very reasonable experience.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I booked an appointment less than 24 hours in advance and had to cancel due to an emergency, yet the receptionist aggressively insisted on a 24-hour cancellation policy—which makes no sense. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional, and she even hung up on me mid-conversation. Disgraceful behaviour. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this clinic.
