3 days agoHad a dental emergency 🦷 rang up first thing Monday morning and was sitting in the exam chair thirty minutes later. Friendly staff and a very kind and gentle dentist. TV screen on the ceiling so you’re not just anxiously staring up into space. Office is cold as an igloo 🧊 so don’t forget to rug up.

They took the time to make me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly, which really helped calm my nerves. Everyone was lovely from start to finish, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout my appointment. Thank you for making such a stressful experience so much easier!

We called the practice just prior to closing and they called a dentist back especially to see her. We were very happy with how attentive and thorough they were and so was she. Highly recommend.

Edited a month agoGot an appt for toothache, they fit me in later for thr procedure after an earlier check to see what was going on. Tooth extracted and all done and dusted. It really is a great place and the dentists are top notch I think.

2 months agoRecently received a tooth implant by Dr Meglin and finalised by Dr Sophie. Impressed with the professionalism and support throughout the procedure, recovery and final result. Very positive experience. The ladies at reception were always very accommodating to my busy schedule also. Great dentistry clinic, glad to have a full smile back!

Edited 4 months agoI had a wonderful experience with DR David Kim. I had to have a root canal and was petrified. He was kind and patient and explained the whole process to me. It was painless and even allowed me to wear my earphones to eliminate the sounds of the drilling ect. I highly recommend David Kim for anyone who does not enjoy the dentist. He will absolutely put you at ease and very knowledgeable

Edited 4 months agoWent for routine appt, dentist lovely however clinic had equipment failure at the time of my appt, therefore very little could be done. Dentist inspected teeth very briefly whilst sitting upright but nothing else could be done, needed to reschedule appt. Was then charged $75. Not happy at all considering nothing was done, and receptionist was rude and unpleasant. Will not be coming back, shame considering I have been a patient of this clinic for over 20 years!
