3 weeks agoJust moved to GC from Brisbane and needed some dentistry as a filling dropped out so I thought I'd venture into new territory away from my regular guy in Cleveland. I was met with an assistant who wasn't a dentist & started to diagnose what I needed. Took x-rays and took them to a real dentist whom I am told is very good. I wasn't happy with this procedure so I left and did the 2 hour journey to my regular guy. He was quite surprised at what I told him as he questioned the assistants quals to diagnose

a month agoSuch a cool team here. They're professional where needed, but then otherwise they're down-to-earth, and the people who treated me had a great sense of humour. They played my favourite videos through the overhead TV while I had some treatment done. Never had it even been asked if I was happy with watching back-to-back kids cartoons over the years. All dentists should be offering this, just add it as a question among the many useless questions on the basic information form "What shows can we play on the TV to improve your experience?".
