I've been a patient of Dr Ruben for 11 years and can't recommend him highly enough. He is caring, thorough, and exceptionally knowledgeable. He always takes the time to explain things clearly and genuinely cares about his patients. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Recently had a retainer replacement with Dr Lochlan and went great, couldn't recomend this clinic enough. Dr Lochlan was clear and easy to discuss with about options available at the clinic. Additionally had my wisdom teeth removed here with Dr Angus afew years back and went smoother than I could have imagined.

I am so pleased to have had an excellent assessment of the condition of my teeth, followed by provision of a crown. Dentist, staff, nd high tech facilities all very impressive. Many thanks.

His outstanding professionalism included perfectly measured emotional support of my daughter, who managed the fillings with ease. Today I visited the dental hospital for my treatment and had a great experience. Dr. Ruben and his assistant Srija did an amazing job. Dr. Ruben was very precise and clear in explaining the procedure and treatment plan, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the visit. He is very caring and listened patiently to all my concerns, making sure I felt heard and understood. The whole experience was professional and smooth. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Before booking with Angus, I recommend reviewing the 1-star feedback. His public responses consistently come across as passive-aggressive, and there has been a noticeable lack of judgement in multiple situations. In my experience, some of his statements did not align with the facts as I understood them, which I found concerning. Overall, this pattern reflected unprofessional conduct in my view. I had a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience at this clinic with Dr Angus during an Invisalign consultation. At my first appointment, I was told all details would be explained at the next visit. I paid $1,000 and had my scans done. At the follow-up, instead of receiving the expected treatment plan, I was told for the very first time that six of my molars would need 0.5 mm interproximal reductions. This is a significant step and should have been disclosed from the beginning, especially given my extensive dental history. I have since sought a second opinion from an orthodontist at Brisbane Orthodontics, who advised that such tooth reduction would be unnecessarily invasive and not required for my treatment. This reinforced my concern that the original recommendation lacked appropriate clinical judgement. When I asked reasonable questions to understand the risks and rationale, the dentist became irritated, dismissive, and openly hostile. He repeatedly interrupted me, refused to provide clear explanations, raised his voice, and even referred to one of my questions as “stupid.” The interaction was condescending and aggressive, unlike anything I have experienced in a professional healthcare setting. I arrived excited to begin treatment, and within minutes his conduct left me distressed enough to cancel the procedure entirely. Although the clinic refunded my payment, the overall experience was unacceptable. Patients deserve transparent treatment planning, respectful communication, and informed consent—not hostility for asking legitimate questions about irreversible procedures.

Great community practice that puts patients first & delivers wonderful care. I leave with a lovely smile feeling well cared for! I’ve been a patient for 8 years & wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

I was running late for my appointment due to work and they were still able to accommodate me, the team of receptionist had a great sense of humour and made me feel very welcome. The dentist was knowledgeable, fast and did and excellent job. I felt very comfortable. Overall a great team, welcoming and very clean environment. The best dentist I have ever attended.
