2 months agoI met with the dentist whose name is Allan for the first time today. He has done a great job on checking up and scaling today. My teeth looks so clean now. Staff at reception is very friendly. Thanks Allan and the lovely lady at the front who also helped during the scaling process.

2 months agoAs someone who has always been anxious about going to the dentist, I had a genuinely wonderful experience here! I needed to have two wisdom teeth removed at the same time, which made me very nervous. Dr Carmen was incredibly reassuring throughout the entire procedure. She clearly explained each step before and regularly checked in with me to make sure I was OK during the process. I really appreciated that she didn't rush, but took the time to ensure I felt comfortable, offering breaks and even something to hold onto to help me manage my anxiety. Pam at reception was also very kind and thoughtful. She asked how I was feeling and gave me a hand burger-shaped stress ball, which honestly helped me a lot. The team made me feel safe and supported! Would highly recommend them❤️
