Very disappointing experience. I was encouraged by staff to write down my questions for the dentist, but when I did I receive only vague answers when I asked for more detail simply wanted to understand how my tooth will be treated before proceedings. I was told I had to book and pay for another appointment just to get an answer. After following up, I have finally received an email with the information I need it but it was accompanied by a notification that they are rejecting me as a patient due to trust issues. It is un professional to dismiss a patient simply because they want to understand their treatment plans. I expected transparency, but instead I was meeting with gatekeeping and a lack of care.

Dr. Yoshida is the absolute best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by! The entire staff at the clinic are phenomenal, offering quick updates, reminders, friendly smiles, and polite and helpful booking and welcoming services. I felt so comfortable working with Dr. Yoshida and knew immediately that she saw me as a whole person and not just a number. She was constantly making sure that everything felt pleasant (yes, PLEASANT during dental treatment!), went out of her way to make my temporary crowns look beautiful, and was incredibly thorough and delicate. I can't speak highly enough of her phenomenal skills and attitude and I am so sad to have to be back in the US and not receiving her incredible care. One of the things I look forward to most about returning to Australia is going back to Sunshine Boulevard Dental. If you ever need any dental care, PLEASE go to this clinic and rest assured that you will be well taken care of. I miss Dr. Yoshida and the rest of the staff so much and will never forget how well I was treated. I could write a million more reviews about how amazing my experiences here were, but you will just have to find out for yourself! 10,000/5 stars wouldn't be enough 🥰

I had to come here on short notice after my filling came out. The director is a very kind female doctor, and despite the suddenness, she provided careful treatment and easy-to-understand explanations. Also, even if you are worried about your English, Japanese staff will speak to you, so you can receive treatment with peace of mind. The clinic is very clean, and the view of the lake from the window is beautiful, making this my favorite dental clinic.
