I always have a great experience at Sure Dental. The team are warm, welcoming, and make you feel comfortable from the moment the lift doors open. The clinic itself is beautiful and luxurious and it doesn’t feel anything like a typical dentist at all. Every visit feels relaxed and stress-free. The blankets and warm towels at the end are the best! Most importantly, I always feel well looked after and confident that I’m in good hands. The team are professional, caring, and take the time to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire experience.

Suzy was amazing. She did my daughter’s first dental check and made the whole experience so positive that we left loving the dentist! She was thoughtful, gentle and very professional. The level of professionalism and care provided by the entire team is truly impressive. A special mention goes to Kylie, who worked extensively on my case alongside Dr. Michael Ghobrial. Their supportive approach made every visit comfortable and reassuring. Just one of many examples, when Kylie would let me to borrow one of their consultation rooms when I had to jump into a work meeting right after an appointment. Another thing that stood out was Dr. Ghobrial’s willingness to pause treatment whenever I had concerns and ensure that every question was addressed before proceeding. This level of patient-centered care gave me complete confidence in the process. I changed dentist this year and the support and service sure dental has given me I haven’t experienced anything like it they greet as you walk in and always walk you all the way out and to top it off always great talking to the staff. They also do follow up calls the next day to see how everything is going that’s y I have given them 5 stars well deserved. :)
