3 weeks agoI saw Doctor Giancarlo today. His service was second to none. I feel safe, comfortable and welcome. My procedure thoroughly explained, questions answered, nerves calmed. I highly recommend and can say my dental fear has been wiped. Special mention to the lovely receptionist too.

He quickly and accurately identified the problem and clearly explained the treatment I needed. The appointment was efficient and I felt very well looked after. Also, Mel at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. She made the whole experience even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

4 weeks agoI don't think anyone enjoys going to the dentist but the 2 appointments I had would be as close to enjoying as you could get. Greeted by very polite and friendly reception staff and then to my appointments on time with no waiting and welcomed by Dr Andres, (my spelling might be incorrect) who was amazing. You leave knowing that you have received the very best treatment possible. The Dr explained in detail work required, why it was needed and what caused the need for it. I had to have several numbing injections which I was dreading but I barely felt anything. These 2 appointments were the best visits to the dentist I have had in my 61 years of life. I cannot recommend highly enough that you will find better. Thankyou to the Dr and the staff for everything.

I was meant to get a root canal treatment, but he ended up just replacing the existing tooth with a composite veneer which saved me a lot of money and gave me a smile which I hadn’t seen in years. Melina was also extremely welcoming at the front desk which made the experience even better! Thank you to the team - you guys are incredible. And see you again soon.
