2 weeks agoI’ve been coming here for almost a year now and I honestly couldn’t recommend this dental practice more highly. I’m looked after by Keo and I’ve never had a better experience at a dentist. I barely feel any pain during my appointments, and I always leave feeling cared for, comfortable, and educated on what I need to do next for my dental health. The reception staff are also so lovely, with a special mention to Karla who is always friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. I never feel rushed, which makes such a difference. All of the dental nurses are fantastic as well, especially Charlotte, who is always professional, comforting, and caring. I’ve recommended family and friends here because every service I’ve had has been such a positive experience. I’m genuinely very happy and always feel like I’m in great hands. Thanks Team!

a month agoHello, A very small, barely noticeable chipped tooth on my 8-year-old son was treated, and the charge came to $366, which genuinely surprised me. The customer service and the dentist were fine, with no issues in that regard. However, I would advise others to think carefully before booking. Given the location in Taigum—not an area like Hamilton or Bulimba—I found the pricing quite excessive. After the appointment, I contacted two other dental clinics to compare prices, and my concerns were confirmed. One quoted around $200–$250, and Digital Dentistry in the city (considered one of the better clinics) estimated $170–$240 for similar treatment. Ultimately, I accept responsibility for not researching more beforehand, but I’m sharing this so others can avoid the same mistake. Thank you
