a month agoI visited TC Smiles as I followed my fave dentist Dr Zi Lin Sun after she relocated from another dentist. I saw Dr Zi at a previous dentist and was devastated to find out she was moving. I continued seeing another dentist, and after being so accustomed to the elite care, precision and expertise of Dr Zi… It became apparent that not all dentists are the same. Dr Zi is the bomb dot com. I have never experienced such genuine care from a dentist before, combined with her knowledge, expertise, (and sense of humour) this always makes dentist visits enjoyable. I mean who can really say they enjoy going to the dentist? I do. Dr Zi - I’d give you 10 stars if I could. You’re the best ⭐️

3 months agoExcellent dental team 😁 I have met quite a few of the staff, first for an emergency appointment for my daughter and from there I never looked back. I and my children have had some bad experiences in the past, but the TC Smiles team have always been very professional, accommodating, compassionate, kind and friendly. I have always been treated respectfully and had treatment options explained thoroughly. They are never pushy about the treatments offered, have even suggested second opinions if necessary. I feel they are honest and certainly uphold a duty of care for their patients. My two boys who were nervous about their first visit, due to previous experiences at another provider, both walked out feeling happy, positive and empowered by their visit!!! Not everyday you hear that about a dental visit 😉 and they’ve both sworn off soft drinks 😱 Thank You so much TC team! Kids never want to take advice from their parents, but they were happy to take it from you 🤗 Thank you 🙏

3 months agoDr Lucy is great! Very thorough and knowledgeable. The reception staff are lovely. The waiting room and reception area is huge and the comfortable seats make you feel relaxed for your upcoming appointment. Overall, a very positive experience!

3 months agoI left my dentist of 20 years to try TC smiles for the first time. I had my first appointment today with Dr Zi Lin. Very professional and welcoming! I had a clean and check up! I was very impressed. Dr Lin took the time to listen to what I wanted to achieve with my teeth. She made some recommendations and I now have a treatment plan in place. I highly recommend.

6 months agoLovely dentist. Cannot say the same about the grumpy admin woman. She was not pleasant at all. Did not smile once. Acted annoyed at having to serve me. I really do not want to have to call and speak to her to book another appointment.

6 months agoMyself and my 2 children (3&5) love Dr Sun. She’s fantastic with the kids and puts everyone at ease. We have seen her at another clinic and drive an extra 30mins just to see her because the kids sit still and let her do her thing. 10/10 recommend.
