I had been a patient of Caddens Dental Bar for several years and had always been happy with my care, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. What should have been a routine crown preparation with a dentist there I had never seen before (Dr Jafar Hussain) at Caddens, became a painful and costly ordeal. Following the anesthetic, I immediately felt something was wrong and experienced symptoms that felt like a severe reaction. Days later, when the pain, swelling, numbness and tingling had not resolved, I returned and was advised it appeared the anesthetic may have ruptured an artery. I was given a referral to see a maxillofacial surgeon who had no availability to see me. Since then, my request for a referral to an alternative surgeon was ignored after the referred surgeon had no availability. I was also told I could not see another dentist within the practice when I no longer felt comfortable proceeding with the original dentist (Dr Jafar Hussain). A second opinion advised that no further dental treatment should occur until the ongoing pain from the anaesthetic has resolved. I sought treatment for tooth pain and instead left with ongoing pain, anxiety about future dental treatment, significant additional expense, and a crown procedure I now need to have completed elsewhere. This has been a painful and expensive experience from start to finish.

The staff were warm and welcoming and professional. The clinic was clean and modern. The dentist was thorough and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment.

Amazing!!! I could not recommend this place enough, this morning was our first ever visit because my daughter needed emergency dental, she ended up having to have a tooth removed, unfortunately I cannot remember the dentists name but he was absolutely phenomenal with her and so patient and caring. This will be a new dentist from now on.

My first time at the dentist. It was so fun! It smells amazing in the dental bar! At first it was a little bit nerve wracking, but the room was so pretty and Dentist Steven was really nice. It was really cool, I want to go there again! Annie 9years old.

I recently had a procedure done at Caddens Dental Bar and honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. The entire team was so easy going, caring and incredibly thorough with their work. They made me feel comfortable the whole time and took the time to explain everything properly. What really stood out to me was that they even called me the next day to follow up and check on how I was doing. Such amazing service and genuine care from start to finish. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist!

Absolutely amazing experience at this clinic. Brittany was incredibly gentle, patient, and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed or nervous. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the clinic itself was spotless and modern. You can genuinely tell they care about their patients and take pride in their work. One of the best dental experiences I’ve had.

Been to a few appointments at this clinic and the staff are amazing and accommodating. Had my root canal done by Dr Jaffar and Marina assisting him, the process was smooth and you are in safe hands. Would recommend anyone to use this clinic.

Absolutely recommend this dental clinic! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how beautiful and modern the surgery looked. The receptionist was so warm and welcoming, which instantly made me feel comfortable. The dental assistant was lovely, and the dentist herself, Britteney, was absolutely fantastic. She was professional, friendly, kind and completely non-judgemental. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel at ease the whole appointment, and did an amazing job.
