I would like to thank Dev and his team for their professionalism and attention to detail. The process of getting my implants was smooth and efficient this far. The dates of my overseas trip were also taken into account throughout the process as well too, to ensure I will have full recovery by the time I leave. As I am normally quite anxious at the dentist, I was explained step by step by Dev what was happening in the process, making me feel completely at ease! Thank you to Dev and all of the friendly staff and I would highly recommend this business.

Had a great experience here. Was greeted by a gorgeous dog and lovely reception person. I’m usually terrified of the dentist but Dev made me feel really comfortable and somehow diminished the shame that have about my teeth. Got a tooth extracted and barely felt a thing and all without completely breaking the bank! Highly recommend xxx

For someone who has severe anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist, the team at The Smile Designer in Preston were incredibly understanding and patient with me. The best option for me was having sedation dentistry and I could not have endured the procedure without this option. I would like to thank Dr Coco Teng and her lovely assistant Bella for providing the best care any patient in my situation could ask for. I highly recommend The Smile Designer in Preston to anyone who absolutely fears seeing a dentist. Not only are they superbly sympathetic, but their gentle and attentive manner in ensuring their patients are comfortable and relaxed is a paramount part of their dental regime. So much so that I have booked in for another checkup in three months’ time. The last time I promised a dentist that was five years ago! I cannot recommend this team highly enough. The best dentist I have ever seen. The staff are all so lovely, the treatment is always gentle but comprehensive. I appreciate that they always take the minimal intervention approach and are realistic with you about the best course of treatment. What an awesome team at the Smile Designer!! I have to give massive thanks to Osman for taking me through the invisalign journey, and to now see and experience the final result, I couldn't be more stoked. I thought from the beginning my teeth were too crooked that invisalign wouldn't work (I had some serious angles going on), and braces would be the only option but thankfully, I was shown otherwise. To others in the team I've had the pleasure of getting to know (Maggie, Olivia and Harman + assisting dentists) thank you for your welcoming attitudes, professionalism and level of detail in the work that you do. I can't recommend the smile designer enough if you're looking to improve on your smile, you're in good hands!!

I recently had both of my upper wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Coco Teng and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The extractions themselves were completed remarkably quickly and smoothly, with a level of skill and care that made the entire process far less daunting than I had anticipated. Dr. Teng's attention to detail and patient-focused approach were evident throughout the appointment. I cannot recommend this place highly enough - Coco and the team were both very skilled and great and providing a deeply comforting and reassuring environment. As someone whose main barrier to going to a dentist more regularly has always been psychological, this effects everything. Far and away the easiest and least-distressing dental experience I've had.

Had an an appointment with Dr. Osman and his team. Everyone was friendly and very professional. Very little waiting time to be seen. Dr Osman explained everything he was doing, gave me options on how we could proceed, and issues I may need to address in the future. Both Dr Osman and his assistant did an excellent job.

Great place! The staff is very friendly, and the clinic uses state-of-the-art equipment, including 3D mouth scanning and X-rays. I went in for a checkup and cleaning, the doctor really took the time to explain the health of my teeth , all procedure wemt smoothly in a friendly and professional env. Highly recommended

I had Invisalign and composite bonding with Dr Madeleine over about seven months, and I couldn’t be happier with both the experience and the results. I’d been searching for a dentist I could genuinely feel comfortable with and trust, especially somewhere that also offered cosmetic work and I’m so glad I found this clinic. From my very first visit, Dr Madeleine was incredibly reassuring, patient, and attentive. The new‑patient survey asks about your concerns and whether you’re nervous about dental work. The first thing she asked was what she could do to make my experience less stressful. She talked through every step of my clean as she did it, which made such a difference. Throughout my Invisalign treatment, she never made me feel rushed and always took the time to answer my questions, even over email. The level of care and communication was amazing. Their name says it all; I now have the smile I always wished for. The whole team is welcoming and friendly, and I really appreciated the follow‑up calls after appointments to check how I was feeling and whether I had any concerns. The clinic itself feels luxurious: beautiful facilities, comfy chairs, and even a TV on the ceiling to keep you entertained. I can’t recommend Dr Madeleine and the team enough. My dentist Osman was extremely professional from start to finish, taking the time to explain the procedure clearly and answer all of my questions. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, which really helped put me at ease. The results were fantastic—my teeth look noticeably brighter and more even in color. I also appreciated how attentive and gentle he was, ensuring there was minimal sensitivity afterward. Overall, it was a smooth, positive experience, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone considering teeth whitening.

Dr Madeleine Duff of ‘The Smile Designer’ in Preston is an EXCELLENT dentist. She is able to explain everything VERY clearly, answer all questions very PATIENTLY and is EXCEPTIONALLY thorough in her work. Aside from two fillings, Dr Madeleine gave my teeth the best clean they’ve ever had (by far!). Her staff are super friendly and efficient, the clinic itself is also ‘State of the Art’. The dentists are lovely and the service you receive at this practice is amazing - I go here for my regular dental check ups. However, the spam you receive to confirm your appointment is quite annoying. So far I have already received 2 emails and 2 texts to confirm my appointment which is still a week away, while also having paid a deposit (which is mandatory before each appointment even for returning customers).
